(Lexington, KY) It's the first game of the 2025 Clark's Pump-N-Shop Softball State Tournament being held at John Cropp Stadium on the campus of the University of Kentucky. Our first matchup will feature the champions out of the 13th Region the North Laurel Lady jaguars verses the champions out of the 2nd Region the Henderson County Lady Colonels.
North Laurel comes in with a 29-6 record on the season. Henderson County comes in with a 31-6 record on the season.
The Lady Jaguars gets on the board first in the top of the first inning when McClure singles allowing Carl to score on the error to make the score 1-0 North Laurel.
The Lady Colonels gets on the board in the bottom of the first inning when Kemp doubles to left field that allows Grogan and Duncan to score to make the score 2-1 Henderson County. Then a triple by Risley that allows Kemp to score to make the score 3-1 Henderson County

In the bottom of the sixth inning Shields grounds out to the pitcher that allows Parker to score to make the score 4-1 Henderson County.

Henderson County will improve to 32-6 record on the season. North Laurel will end there 2025 season with a 29-7 record on the season.
Henderson County will advance to the quarterfinals of the 2025 Clark's Pump-N-Shop Softball State Tournament, they will wait for the winner of our next game that will feature the Daviess County Lady Panthers verses the South Warren Spartans, on Saturday at 1:00 PM.
