(Lexington, KY) It's the first round of the 2025 Clark's Pump-N-Shop Baseball State Tournament being held at Kentucky Proud Park on the Campus of the University of Kentucky. Our first matchup will feature the champions out of the 7th Region the Trinity (Louisville) Shamrocks verses the champions out of the 3rd region the Meade County Green Waves.
Trinity (Louisville) comes in with a 34-3 record on the season. Meade County comes in with a 22-10 record on the season.
Trinity gets on the board first when Floyd singles to center field that scores Jett to make the score 1-0 Shamrocks. Then a double by Meredith allows Floyd and Willoughby to score to make the score 3-0 Shamrocks. Then a triple by Phillips that scores Meredith and Partin that makes the score 5-0 Shamrocks. Then Phillips scores on a wild pitch to make the score 6-0 Shamrocks.

The Green Waves gets on the board in the top of the third inning when Stansbury singles that allows Honaker and Hail to make the score 6-2 Shamrocks.
In the bottom of the third inning Haywood singles to left field that will score Willoughby to make the score 7-2 Shamrocks.
