Lady Jaguars edge Lady Redhounds in the first round of the 13th Region Softball Tournament 3-2

(Corbin, KY) It's the first round of the 2025 13th Region Softball Tournament. Our matchup will feature the champions out of the 49th District the North Laurel Lady Jaguars verses the runners-up out of the 50th District the Corbin Lady Redhounds.

North Laurel comes in with a 26-6 record on the season. Corbin comes in with a 13-14 record on the season.

This game would remain scoreless until the bottom of the second inning when Adams sends a big fly to center field for a solo homerun to make the score 1-0 North Laurel.

Finley doubles on a line drive to right field that scores Garland that ties the game up at 2 in the bottom of the seventh inning. Then McClure comes up a delievers a line drive single to left field that brings home the winning run in Finley.
