North Laurel took to the bats early against Wayne County. Down 4 girls due to the Sweet 16 tournament they still pulled it out. Even though a scrimmage this team was one not to mess with.
Lead by Tessa Monhollen’s pitching efforts the North Laurel Jaguars held Wayne County with 0 runs. Tessa not only had strong pitching efforts she had a hot bat that lead to runs for the Lady Jaguars.
Wayne County struggled tonight but no matter what this team kept fighting and pushing each other. Even though they didn’t come out on top this team played their heart out and didn’t wanna quit playing til the end.
North Laurel will be a team that will be a dominant force in the field and batting. Even down 4 players they still pulled it out and when those players return North is gonna have a solid force that can’t be moved.
