North Laurel extends their winning streak

North Laurel and Lynn Camp engaged in a battle of 13th Region heavyweights Friday Night, it was North Laurel who emerged victorious this round with a 13-3 win.

The action kicked off early in the first inning when Bella Sizemore doubled, followed by a single from Braylee Fawbush, each driving in a run and setting the tone for North Laurel.

In the second inning, North Laurel extended their lead with a triple by Katie Sams, followed by a sacrifice fly from Saige McClure, adding more runs to their tally.

North Laurel continued good offensive play in the third inning, with Katie Sams delivering a crucial single that brought in two more runs, and Saige McClure adding another run with a timely single of her own.

Pitcher Emma Carl played a vital role in North Laurel's victory, delivering a stellar performance on the mound earning the win against Lynn Camp.

Despite a valiant effort from Lynn Camp, highlighted by Lily Henize's impressive 2-3 performance at the plate, they were unable to overcome North Laurel. With this win, North Laurel improves to a solid 9-6 record and extends their winning streak to four games.
